Apart from the podium and poor street activation, the rest is a winner

This building really turned out well. It was quite a difficult design to build and from the renders it was questionable. But the end product looks good, it is difficult to tell from photographs. When you see it from the street level it is the best view.

Concrete doesn't equal pre fab, I don't remember any of this building being pre fab at all. Don't forget pre fab is when it is built of site and then "attached" on site.

All the walls in this building and I think the floor slabs as well were made of pre fab giving it to my eyes that cheap Central Equity 'House of Cards' look - as opposed to a building made entirely of concrete poured at site.

So yeah I'm not a huge fan of this tower like so many CE towers - but at least for a pre fab looking building its got a bit of colour and style about it.

It's called precast. It's more expense than insitu.

Floors are conventional poured.
