The former Moscow City Transport Terminal (will be a gateway at the heart of the ever-growing “Moscow City” development) is called
IQ quarter

MCTT will consist of
- tower 1 - 169 m - 42 fl
- tower 2 - 135 m - 33 fl
- hotel - 85 m - 22 fl - Sofitel, 25000 sq.m.
- terminal 16,4 m - 2 fl
The 230000 sq.m. complex will include retail, restaurants, and an entertainment center. High above the Terminal’s public concourse, a public winter garden will provide access to office space, service apartments, a hotel, and a wellness center. There will be direct underground connections to neighboring properties and the Moscow Metro System, as well as underground parking for 1,000 cars.
The Terminal will have high speed connections with all Moscow airports.
