As cool as that looks, I have the feeling it would have dated pretty badly. I'm happy to see it replaced with Abian to be honest.

It certainly has better street activation than Abian, but Abian still wins in terms of pure sex.

What's really interesting is what they have in the work further down the line, namely Mariner's Cove has big potential. Sadly though, based on their latest reports couldn't really see any tall stuff in the pipeline, but would be nice for them to top Q1 at some point.

Apparently there was a 'stunning' proposal for their Mariners Cove job that included some of the Gov owned land beside their lot, but the Gov (at the time) rejected the proposal.
