it is operated by airphil express. it came from ana but not yet repainted to pal livery. try to look the words beside passenger door.

This is correct. Zest Air though is not ban from flying Caticlan. Only that they have to do it in their old plane, the ever reliable DHC Dash 7. The four engine could be a business case against it.

Yes, the STOL prowess of this 4-engine DeHavilland is all told in Corchevel, France; an airport with unconventional runway, the steepest in the world. But its a high end resort with a different segment of paying passengers, so in the case with Caticlan where the likes of 5j and PalExpress abound; operating cost would indeed absolved the airline from flying there.

Philippine Airlines (PAL) Express and the Cebu Pacific, which are the two regular airlines plying the Caticlan route, are expected to increase their flights on Wednesday until even after the Easter Sunday when tourists return to their places of origin.

The Kalibo Airport is likewise being expected to increase its flights.

In Iloilo Airport, the Zest Airways has also informed Nagrama that it will be adding another flight out of the usual two per day.
