Sinar Kota and Cahaya Suria to redevelop
The iconic Sinar Kota and Cahaya Suria buildings in the middle of the old heart of Kuala Lumpur (next to Pudu Raya) have been proposed by the properties' owner, UDA Holdings Bhd, to be redeveloped. UDA (wholly owned by the Ministry of Finance) has issued a request for proposal (RFP) to developers. Sinar Kota holds the Mydin wholesale emporium while Cahaya Suria is occupied by the Dental Department of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, among others |
