I mean that 666m tower in Shenzhen whose photos i posted in the city updates. not here. it was first thought to be on of these 666m towers, but it is something entirely different. some pictures on gaoloumi are already there....

I see now. Although there are just some vague models available. No renders yet. I wonder if there is a point to start it already. But I guess there are more educated people in this subject to decide if this proposal is anything serious enough to have its own thread.

Yes, the whole point people are excited by this project is that the proposal is based on Broad group's optimised construction method using prefabricated blocks that they showcased a number of times, including building that 30 storey tower in 15 days. This tower could potentially rise in as little as two months once the foundation is made ready.

No, according to the info posted by Julito in shenzhen construction thread the new tower is unrelated with the broad proposal.

Height could be raised to 847m. They aim to build it in just 6 months. They want to build it in Changsha.
