hmmm, I rather think street signs, etc come after roads have be completed, some of the roads in these pics don't look completed. Apart from that remember signs point out to something, if there is nothing to point to then why put the road sign, could it be the camera missed it? just thinking....

Speed signs, slow down signs e.t.c....i have seen the uyo threads and i dont see signs on completed roads...some of the road here dont look complete
