IFA is not paying the guaranteed return. Can we not evict them as a "Landlord"???

Here's hoping tenant moves out on her own accord then as Rera calculator suggests only 5% increase...thanks for the advice...

I always wondered how those "guarantees" worked. I assume they've got some loophole such as, "if market conditions permit." Please keep us posted on developments.

They work by promising the world, safe in the knowledge that very few people, if any, have the balls and bottomless pit of money required to take them to court.

I mean, can you think of one single logical reason why class action lawsuits would be prohibited?
