Not much activity going on in this thread but the hole at The Modern is growing, so soon we will have a new condo just a block away from "Sketch City" at Queen E & Sherbourne. That can only be a good thing.

Nice view of Crack Corner some of those people will have. That might be in the strangest part of town where you have the high-end shops/bars/restaurants a block away from the sketchiest stretch of Queen in the city.

Great for the 'hood... will really be a shot in the arm for a very depressed corner of downtown. I'm not wildly thrilled about the final look, but at least it is smart and clean looking.
