yes I know you are. but you post from all over Europe normally hehe

currently we have only around 3-4 users who consistently post from Iraq. and they all seem to be on dial up.

I sure hope we get more users from Iraq

no actually.

I only bother checking for banned users when I see trolls, which obviously this isn't the case.

Dial up?? You have no Idea how Erbil is changed over these years???
No one is using dial up in Erbil. We now have fiber optic broadband internet
all over Kurdistan region coming from Yerevan Armenia.
We currently have WiMAX, DLS and Numerous other Wireless Internet Providers.
We actually are planning to implement FTTH (Fiber to the home) to our
Zin City Project including IP TV & IP phones aside from high speed internet.

This Speedtest is just at the office on my PC.
It isnt the fastest, its actually on a busy day.
Erbil is booming my friend, faster than u or anybody thinks.

Yea bigdreamer only a tiny minority are using dialup. in fact most visitors from Iraq (baghdad) are linked via earthlink who have a fibre optic line to Jordan-Israel. Others are using VSATs and will therefore appear as connecting from Germany or Italy or wherever the VSAT provider is located
