De precizat că prima clădire este preÓnchiriată integral de către compania fostă-Alcatel-Lucent, actualmente Nokia Networks.

Da, cred că se va apropia de Cluj Napoca de acum.
Există undeva vreo sinteză cu toate proiectele office din Cluj, ca să putem compara?

Interesant ca a mai prins si Conarg lucrari - sunt totusi o firma suficient de mare pentru un asemenea proiect. Ma mir cum nu au prins altii din zona (Transilvania) lucrarea.

Este o investiție privată. Pot fi o sumedenie de motive pentru care dezvoltatorii au preferat antreprenorul X și nu Y.

Majoritatea stim cine sunt dezvoltatorii. Faptul ca nu o firma din zona executa lucrarile nu este de mirare tianand cond de legaurile cu capitala. Cea ce ma mira pe mine este faptul ca in sfarsit acestia (Bega Grup construiesc ceva de la 0 pentru Timisoara. Sper ca proiectul sa ajunga la bun sfarsit...aici totusi au inceput lucrarile fata de proiectul de la Hotel Timisoara - http://www.tion.ro/cale-libera-pentr...soarei/1593705

Acest proiect l-au Ónceput pentru că Nokia Networks (fostă Alcatel-Lucent) a Ónchiriat clădirea integral.
Posibil ca Nokia N. să se extindă și să Ónchirieze și părți din celelalte clădiri. Oricum, angajații Nokia N. sunt Ómprăștiați prin 5 - 6 clădiri Ón zona Pieței 700.

Daca va fi un numar mare de locuri de munca, prevad un trafic absolut oribil in zona. Deja Bd. Republicii e sufocat la anumite ore si noile planuri legate de pod si largire pasaj de la Jiul nu vor compensa pentru eventuala crestre de trafic.

Vor avea parcare sau parcare subterana? Mi se pare cam aiurea daca nu ar avea, ar trebui ca toate proiectele de birouri noi ar trebui sa vina cu o parcare subterana pe cel putin doua niveluri cu un numar minim de locuri.
