Casa Rio, Casa Bella are in advanced stages of construction; never knew that they were a part of a this big master plan.

Also two of the stations of the proposed Virar-Panvel suburban corridor lie very close to these projects.

Yes it is quite strange that there is not even a passing mention about this on SSC. Hope this is not some kind of a scam . The damn thing is quite massive come to think of it

In fact Lodha is building these 2 stations free . This is what the sales person told me when I went to book

The project might not have been mentioned because the the buildings aren't really tall. The tallest ones are 18-storeys.
