mejo mali ang mapa though.. hindi sya exactly sa cprner ng highway to macasandig at South diversion.. ibang subdivision kasi yan jan. To my surprise, nasa both sides pala ng south diversion ang Ayala property..

What is Alegria Hills?

Alegria Hills is the first Ayala Land Premiere development in Mindanao, signaling the entry of Ayala into the southern Philippines real estate market.

Phase 1 land development is set at 24 months.



When can we start building our house?

The lot owners can start building their houses as soon as land development is completed, targeted to be 24 months from start of construction. A rebate of P200k each will be granted for the first 10 houses (or a total of P2million). A house in Alegria should be at least P4 million.



Is there a standard house design we should follow?


Houses should follow the theme Organic Tropical Architecture. A pattern / design book will be released to each buyer as guide.



How high could our house go?

Each house in Alegria should not exceed 9 meters high from the highest corner of the lot. The rest of the guidelines are found in the Deed of Restrictions.



What type of construction materials is best for organic tropical architecture?


Most contemporary building materials but specifically natural stones that can be found at the site or those that are quarried locally. You can refer to our Design Guidelines. The Homeowner's architect can also recommend this.

ah ok thanks. because all i know is that Ayala doesn't build so i was thinking this could be different since i saw some renderings. but of course, this will sell like hotcakes because like they say, that's the magic of Ayala.

thanks for the maps mga bai. so part of the area covered is macasandig. no wonder why it's very near when we went there since my wife is from macasandig (mandumol heights).
BTW, did you know that Mayor Emano and the owner of Ayala are bike buddies? They have the same passion, riding big bikes and they actually hang out once in a while. So with Mayor Duterte of Davao. JUst a trvia hehehehe...

Mayor Emano's house, i believe, is on the same hill as Alegria..

btw, Macasandig is just north of the Ayala property.. The densely populated one.

I think that lot presented is not the whole land of Ayalas project of about 350 hectares. That is only an Alegria Hills map of about 80 hectares imo. Other developments maybe have different names...as what I tought.

im guessing, that's the entire Ayala property.. if the subdivided portion(Alegria Hills) is 80 hectars, that entire map would easily fit 350 hectars.

That subdivided is only phase 1. They said that Alegria has five villages therefore it will fit on that map shown. If that only the Ayala property (as the map presented), so five villages can fit into that 350 hectares... So wala nang space ang ibang developments like hotel and retail shop... haay, ano ba talaga kuya. Sino bang insider natin sa Ayala para malaman natin plano nila?

Isa pa, based on the the city council's laws, any real property developer should build a low cost housing. Kahit pa high end ang target project mo kailangan mo pa rin gagawa ng low cost project to serve the low income citizens. Naalala ko rin one time as Mayor Emano said about this na may low cost housing din ang Ayala. Saan na yan ilalagay dyan?

if you look at the scale ng map (and im guessing the figures are in meters) parang yung naka highlight is just a part ng alegria and the whole map cannot be 350 hectares, baka 80 hecatres pa (so probably alegria lang to) and di yung buong map ng ayala property

cguro nga.. kase Alegria Hills ang naka label sa map eh...

pero if you look at the google earth, halos comparable ang size nyan sa size ng 360 hectar Pueblo de Oro Township.

For info:
The Alegria Hills Project covers a total area of 148.30 hectares, of which only 90 hectares would be developed in three (3) different phases. The rest are landscaped areas or forest reserve. This 148.30 hectares is part of the 350 hectares total area property owned by Ayala in the area. Development plans of the remaining 201.70 hectares are yet to be finalized.
