Wow, those buildings are below the horizon. Nice curvature of the earth.

It's shot over the sound, probably from the CT coast.

There are some people who unironically believe the Earth is flat. lel

Lower Manhattan always looks so small in birdeye views while it totally isnīt small at all. Even the Hudson doesnīt look like itīs over a kilometer wide.

Someone posted photos from inside the building about a month ago showing what looked like spotlights on the bracing.

I didn't think they'd do that. Looks great, nothing off the wall crazy. It will look cool seeing the entire thing lit up.

I'm pretty sure those are the permanent lights for the cross bracing

I think so too. We haven't seen them before during construction.

Those are indeed permanent fixtures. I was not expecting them to add this to the building's lighting scheme but am pleased to see it.

would be even cooler if the spotlights happen to also be able to light up in colours

I would actually prefer that only 1WTC has the color options on its spire... and its sister buildings only be accented in white. Just my opinion though.

3wtc would not work with colorful spotlights lighting its bracing frame. It just would not work for it as it does for One's spire and the Empire State Building. The only time a colorful light display would work for 3 is if the entire building is lighted in a single color.
