The Haunted Mansions

Shot in Dresden, on my summer vacation last year. I went by a steamboat on the river Elbe through the world heritage listed Elbe Valley. The mansions are situated in a luxurious residential part of Dresden, called Loschwitz.

You can even find 3 charming castles which collocate, also the upsetting Saxon Switzerland isn't that far away, as well as the pompous Castle Pillnitz. I'd be pretty lucky to spend my retirement there one day ;)
Really enjoyed that vacation, Dresden is just wonderful and definetely worth a visit.

the haunting isn't really expressed graphically, not at all... and mentioning it in the title only highlights this failure, not compensate for it.

Say what? Are you expecting some painted ghost swirling around by the title?
Just thought it'd match this pic the best.
And I didn't use any 'scaring effect', only increased the sharpness.
