The name SUCKS but the concept (as usual) rocks. The flowers are cute..

The design.. hmm.. I've seen far worse, but I've also seen far better popping out of Umhlanga.

Wonder what retail is gonna go on the ground floor?

ya not the best design. i do like the part that fronts the street corner tho. However, when the development backs onto Renault, Proton, Lotus and Kawasaki bikes on the one side, and has a "super quik" 50m away, you dont expect the worlds greatest apartments.

Its well suited to office space tho, and i can see them doubling the office floor space and cutting out one of the residential floors.

As for the name....BLEH!!!

Saw this in the paper yesterday, yip the name sucks ass, but nice little development, nothing out of the ordinary for Umhlanga.

you dont visit the area enough So many cafes are opening in the side streets now. its great
