Nice design!

But I suppose the back side is all blank?
Because it's stood right against the low-rise block.

This one has potential. The interesting use of glass juxtaposed with louvres and masonry (or solid concrete) could work out well.
Architect?
Usual plaintive whimper: if only it were 3 times taller - now that would really be something.
### a couple of mins later:
Just noticed the glassier side fronts a lane but the other main fašade also is treated as though it's facing a street, so I guess the small building/s beside it is/are heritage listed that they could confidently design windows on that side.

Not bad at all. Terrific and unique design and will be great for this end of town (creeping towards the underdeveloped china town).

The buildings around there look too crappy to be heritage items. I think the bits that look like glass are actually white or silver panels.

For a small site, that is superb. Sydney does well with boutique apartment blocks and for the western CBD, it's good and will be unique when placed with the horrid towers of Meriton in the surrounding blocks.

My only criticism is the blank wall, I am a little bored of painted squares and not really that imaginative. I think a green wall would look great and is relatively cheap and later is easily removed should the neighbouring building redevelop

I honestly think billboards should be placed on blank walls. That way it contributes more to the street scape.

But it can ruin the appearance of a building along with any visual problems with the billboards themselves.

I had to put a classic example. Imagine that in downtown Sydney.

The billboard (whatever type it is) can asthetically wreck a building.

I think it would be rather informative for all those corporates in the CBD.

If your a male - yes especially if they are being asked to "Do it More" in whatever situation it may be.

Marketingwise, better locations in the city for billboards Sussex Street is far too quiet. Plus you cannot see it from the Western Distributor.

I like the fact '267' will also be placed onto its side.

I like this one, it is quirky and a bit unique. The lobby in particular looks interesting and it will be provide a small boost to street level activity in the area after hours.
