Dear Friends,

This is my first time writing on this forum. Like all of you, I purchased an apartment in Dubai Star almost ten years ago and got it finance by FGB. So far, the accrued interested on this property has jumped to almost 60% of the property value and now to make things worse, Preatoni has sent me a legal notice to pay additional charges in the form of administrative fee.

All of these charges combined together take the property cost to almost 170% of it's current market value.

I wanted to check if there are others like me on this forum, and may be collectively we could talk to Preatoni as well as FGB to reach an understanding of mutual interest.

Thanks in advance!

Just sent you a PM! Others are also welcome to reach out. I believe collectively we have a better chance at reaching a mutually beneficial conclusion.

Stick to what ever it states in your contract, if you payed everything in time the developer is in the wrong, and do not by any means sign any new contracts the developer will request which they will most likely put together so they are not liable to pay penalties.

R u proposing to pay the AED 90 per sq.ft or saying to pay the 5% installment that the developer is asking.
