This is probably something that should have been asked before construction on 5 Broadgate even began: Between the two lowrise buildings that were torn down for 5 Broadgate was a short street mainly used by pedestrians to enter Broadgate Circle from the north. I think the new UBS Headquarters may have cut off the pedestrian access to Broadgate Circle, or just makes such access more difficult.
