I just cannot think about Upper Hill nowadays without thinking about the roads.I don't think they will be done by December.Maybe January or February.Right now they are still working on the section between Kenyatta Hospital and KCB Plaza on Hospital Road.Mara Road is like one big trench

Why won't they build such important roads day and night? There's no way less than 20km of road is taking 4 years to be built!! And I hope they include cycling and pedestrian lanes in all the roads there.

I think they only work during the day. They also seem to have one excavator and can only work on one road at a time. There are no bicycle lanes. The pedestrian lane will be on top of the sewer trenches when they put on the covers. At least there is progress

The end product is of good quality. I think it's more of a corruption and lack of funds problem than a lack of qualification problem.

But then FUNDING is a requirement......if the contractor cannot finance a certain percentage, he is automatically disqualified, or so i thought.

It depends on the type of contract.

I'm sure they are planning to add the logo, if you look at their renders before construction began.
