Надеюсь, 32 400 метров - это площадь только апартаментной части. Раньше говорили о том, что гостиница будет на 300 номеров и будет занимать 25 000 метров.

Так и не надо их под этим брендом продавать. Ведь рестораны и кафе которые там будут не будут под брендом Radisson.

А там вообще точно будет Редиссон? Уже есть контракт? Или всё это на уровней намерений, как было с Высоцким.

Будет наверное какая-нибудь.

Но чтобы похвастаться, что в Екатеринбурге есть целый небоскрёб Radisson, этого не будет.

Так сразу ведь было понятно( и объявлено), что отеля на все 50 этажей не будет, не могу понять, чем МФК Вас так пугает?

Stuff International Design Ltd is retained by Atomstroy, one of the largest developer construction companies in the Russian Urals. For this project, Stuff International Design Ltd undertook the master plan and concept design of this 43 storey mixed used development and it will be the second tallest building in Yekaterinburg.

The aim was to create an iconic building that would be a new focus in this growing city. The plan for this complex building blends and mixes the commercial office space with residential, leisure, retail and hotel use. We had to comply with traffic requirements for the city and also planned the parking for both the commercial and retail elements.

Completion is due in 2015 and we are overseeing its design development during this process.

А вот в интервью (март 2012 г.) оно упомянуто как 24-этажное (может порядок цифр перепутали просто)
