Can't imagine being a buyer and watching this thing grow. Would be so exciting to own here.

This will appear mostly concrete from close proximity? All you seem to see are the concrete bottoms of the staggered balconies, and as you move away the glass will reveal itself. Awesome imo.

Also on an unrelated note, I've always thought the Federal Building in the center of this photo would be an awesome place for a supertall tower. It would book end the Downtown skyline much the same way that the Empire State Building does...
