Retail investors should not be inflience by what the housing agents had told them. They may pry on your greediness and ignorance. With or without MRT stations nearby in future, one should not to make any decisions basing on agents' 'hot tips'.

They just have to avoid piles and assorted underground structures and maintain good pressure levels to prevent cracks and sinkholes.
Thanks for the explanation!

Saw a "construction" machine on the traffic island outside Siglap Court. Don't know what it is called, since I am not in the civil engineering line.

Saw a couple of SI diagonally opposite the temple at Kew Gdns. Not sure if this is new as I seldom go by that area.

The SIs at Kew have been there for weeks. However, they are moving eastwards (from Temask Sec) along and inside the forest.

I have seen green boreholes in Tanjong Rhu. What does the colour mean? Normally the colours I saw were either red or yellow.

Hi guys, why is it URA who did the SI tests and not LTA? What would they be planning? Any leads?

It's for Government Land Sales (GLS). That piece of land is being put up for sale on the reserve list. SIs are usually done by URA or HDB for GLS sites as part of the developer's package of information for them to bid for the land. I think we were discussing this back in mid-March as well.

yes, and if you exit the ECP into Siglap Rd, you will see a URA sign regarding the land sale.
