I feel like Guangzhou could use an "Airport Express" and "Guangzhou South Railway Station Express" line from Zhujiang New Town. Local lines(160km/h+) to get people from the far off airport and largest railway station to the center of town more quickly.

At least a direct link from Guangzhou South Railway Station to Zhujiang New Town would be good.

Which airport? Because the southern end of Guangzhou Line 4 is only about 15km away from Shenzhen Line 1 Airport East station (Bao'an) .
