Mislim da malo pretjerujete...a da mnogo generalizujete.

WTF? Ja sam napisao da su oni emitivno tržište za naše šoping i turističke ustanove - kakve veze standard ima sa tim?!

I know this is Podgoricanins report and hes trying to strike a balance between the good parts of Shkodra and some of it not so nice parts. Every city in the balkans has those parts, but I get the feeling that most people here have the impression that Shkodra is a shithole.

These pictures provided by another member show some of the better parts of this city. I think for anyone wanting to visit Shkodra, just know that it wont disapoint you

Enjoy:

Vrhunska reportaza, a i lepo si me nasmejao.

Inace, sto se tice tog cucanja, to je zanimljiva poza odmora koju sam video na istoku dalekom, vrlo smesna scena ispred slovacke ambasade u Hanoju 50ak Vijetnamaca u toj pozi ceka sa dokumentima.

A o tome sam nasao , vrlo zanimljivo:

I suspect that the reason that many modern westerners are unable to asian squat is because they wear shoes that are poorly designed and cause the achilles tendon to become shorter. Modern shoes tend to have the heel higher than the toe, so that the default position of the foot is plantarflexion (where the toe is pointed downwards). Wearing these shoes all the time might limit the range of motion of the foot, excluding motions that dorsiflex the ankle and thus allowing the achilles to shorten.
This study indicates that among Children total dorsiflexion is reduced by 5 degrees when wearing shoes. The total range of motion is around 30 degrees, so this is more than 15%, which is likely a significant difference:http://www.sciencedirect.com/sci...
I am not sure what shoes are like in other countries, or what the habits of people are when wearing shoes. Anecdotally, Asian people I know walk without shoes in their homes, so perhaps this helps them maintain ankle flexibility even when they are wearing shoes elsewhere.
