Thanks for the shots Orangecard. Louisville looks like a nice city with a great mix of old and new buildings. I love the strip of early 1900's buildings on Main Street.

yes it looks nice and pretty dense. I just cannot imagine how that horrible new, huge building will look there. It is so ugly.

Nice pics, the west main historic district is one of my favorite areas in the city.

Great shots! I TARCed to the library with some friends after school thursday (I go to the Youth Performing Arts School in Old Louisville) and then we ate at 4th street live and finally went to the 21c museum. It was really cool. I LOVED it actually, and the people were really nice to us, even though we were rained on kids in jeans with book bags.
I reccomend going if you have some time. Proof is really cool too.

Very nice street-level photos. Louisville's downtown is a gem, in my opinion

Thanks everyone for the responses. They were taken with a run of the mill digital so I know they are nothing spectacular.

Route to answer your question if you look at my construction thread you can start to get an idea of how it will connect with Main Street. But I am with you I am excited about MP but it will be interesting to see how it fits in.

On a side note my weekend was great until Sunday about 9:30pm damn you Atlanta!!!
