Well, I still fail to see its attactiveness. I find it a hodge-podge in profile and head-on. I used to work in India and it reminds me of the poor construction one sees in many of the cities there. A complete overall in cladding would perhaps improve it a lot, but since it is flats, such anticipation is unlikely. My standards are clearly too high if some on here find it attractive. At least 1 Blackfriars will focus eyes elsewhere!

Same happened to me when I was 15, charged me for going over drawn, until my mum stormed into the bank managers office and insisted they pay me back! Mums - gotta love 'em!
