The 5-hectare property where Rob Magnolia and Magnolia residences sit now are totally RLC property... San Miguel doesnt have a share on the land?

What I notice is the big chunk of lot along broadway corner Aurora... Yung ginawa nilang parking sa tabi ng SM hypermart.

7.2 Hectare property pala yung sa Titan Dragon along 11th street New Manila.

Meron bang pictures online ng recent turned over units ng RLC? Gusto ko lang makita kung pano nila iexecute yung plans...

I've seen Megaworld, maganda yung plano, pero di masyado yung output...

Yes RLC bought the land so NO shares na ang San Miguel.

Regarding broadway baka lease lang sila dun.
