Yep, all over the U.S. We have the same exact ones in Texas. Whoever manufactured those is making a killing $$$. I remember when I was a kid in the 80's post office vehicles were Jeeps.
In Germany the main carrier is Deutsche Post. They have a variety of vehicles such as below:
But in most urban area's they deliver to the door by bike.
Until a couple of years ago, London had a fully underground, mini Tube train line that transported mail throughout the central area - seriously cool.
Sadly a couple of years ago it was mothballed as Royal Mail needed to save money. However, it still exists and is being kept in working order in case the Royal Mail decide to start it up again, or sell it for other uses.

The post office in the Hakata ward of Fukuoka prefecture holds a special ceremony every January to ring in the new year. For it, all its postmen gather in the indoor parking garage, then depart on their first deliveries en masse. And we do mean mass, there’s a whole mess o’postmen in Hakata.
