If it's a case of exporting from SU. Here is what i do.

Make an attaching line to groups from the large city map to a central point that is visible from all viewing angles.



Once all groups have an attaching line like below you can set your veiwpoint in SU, then bring them in one by one - Being careful not to move your camera point!!!, each time you bring one in and attach it, then delete the previous one, Export freshly imported group to Kerkythea.


Then in Kerkythea bring them all into one scene.

I have the stadium somewhere. As well as another bunch of people.

Edit: now I realized that by comp you meant competition and not compilation ups.
About that. There is no stadium competition here at all. At least for now. There's only a minor completion: house
