Lagoon fountain show from restaurant terraces at night

Green Lake City is a destination mixed-use development in the rapidly growing western district of Jakarta. The master plan makes use of the existing water management constraints to create a central lagoon that connects to the surrounding community and provides a unique waterfront entertainment zone for the retail and commercial components, as well as the residential towers and terraced garden flats.

The Development has been planned in three successive phases. The Lagoon and Canal water features act aesthetically as a central amenity for the new development but also serve functionally by retaining and managing water for the district.

iya lokasi tepatnya sebeytulnya di karang tengah. Tapi mereka akan buat exit toll langsung yg ditarik dr karang tengah. Prosesi tiang pancang sdh dilakukan dua bulan lalu, land clearing jg sudah beres. Semoga sesuai semuanya dgn rendernya

proyek ini laku keras banget
sepanjang mid 2011, berhasil jual senilai 1,7 T
interchange fly over nya pasti jadi ga ya ?
mengingat ini kan konsorsium dgn pemerintah juga
kalo akses sekarang sih kurang bagus, lewat jalan kresek raya

Saya jg bingung kenapa mrk claim ini sebagai daerah 'Puri' padahal jauh lho, bahkan dipeta sdh masuk tangerang, lokasi pemasaran saja sdh masuk Jakarta coret dan dibelakang Taman Semanan(West One). Harga yg dijual jg mnggunakan harga seakan" tol sudah jadi (harga mirip dgn Alam Sutra)

Tapi memang menurut salah satu bank rekanan, projek ini laku keras. Jempol buat agung sedayu.

Nantinya ada akses tol dr karang tengah... Cuma ya itu, harga yg dijual seakan2 tol sdh jadi, dan masih aja laku keras... Hebat :^)

jalannya sempit nih kalo dari JORR , sayang banget konsepnya dah bagus.. soalnya kalo andalain TOL terus juga repot.. harus ada alternatif lain selain TOL yg lebarnya selebar JORR atau JALAN PURI yg udah diakuin lebar dan nyaman..

ini LOKASINYA bukan di PURI yah tapi duri kosambi, jalan kresek perbatasaan jakarta barat dan TAngerang loh Bukan kawasan Puri lagi ini
.. nah nanti area CBD (mall dan fasilitas nya itu masuk kawasan tangerang petir)

JALAN DARI JORR MENUJU KE JALAN KRESEK RAYA
DI JAM JAM 5 SORE KEATAS MAYAN MACET NIH.... (BELUM DIHUNI AMA PERUMAHAN GREEN LAKE)... KALO UDAH DIHUNI MESTI DIPERLEBAR SECEPATNYA NIH BIAR MAKIN MAKNYOS...... SOALNYA KALO JALAN TOL SAJA SUSAH JUGA MESTI KELUAR DUIT TERUS MAU KELUAR JALAN HEHE....

barusan CEK LOKASI lagi JAM JAM 5 sore - jam 7 malam

udah hampir kejual 60% dari total phase yang dia bangun, kmrn dpt sms dari marketing-nya mau diterusin pembangunannya sampai ke daan-mogot, phase1 150Ha, cuman liat sikon juga katanya, kalau bagus pembangunannya terus

jadi menurut kalian bagaimana prospek di green lake ini , saya liat laku keras lho , berhubung pembangunan di jak-bar sedang pesatnya apa mnurut kalian proyek ini bisa berlangsung sukses ? soalnya dari residensial yg di jak bar setau saya hanya ini aja yg konsep superblok yg lain kebanyakan residensial saja ... mohon opini nya
