Looks like a lot of apartments are going up in Omaha. Is the Hyatt construction underway again after September's accident?

Thanks, I've noticed that eomaha and growomaha forums are down. One of them mentioned that a highrise mixed-use building was to have been announced in Dec. Any news on that ?

Recently finished apartment building just north of downtown:
![]() Hyatt: ![]() Gavilon HQ: ![]() ![]() "The Junction" (restoration of building in west downtown): ![]() A block of buildings are getting restored in Midtown. Most of them used to have ugly paneling over the brick: ![]() ![]() (Thanks to Brad Williams for all of these photos)

Looks like Omaha is healthy. I love the old reno buildings downtown. IF I lived near the "Reading Grounds + Sullivans Tap" building I would never have to leave my hood.
