Just like the char kway teow in hawker SS2 is now RM6-7 per small plate.

Nope... that's why I asked why it is going downhill. A nicer tone in your response would be good without trying to be combative.

Its a no brainer! How many malls are there in that area less than a few Km of each other along the LDP highway!Sometimes i wonder what numbers are they crunching in forecasting potential shoppers.

According to forecasting, the population in this area is sizeable and has a above national average purchasing power. So the potential is there. From Bandar Sri Damansara to Kelana Jaya, along LDP.

But what's disturbing is many areas have ageing population where people are retired, i.e. TTDI, Damansara Utama/Jaya and SS2. This ageing or retired population, some with huge savings, may not necessary spend like the not-at-all-rich Gen-Y like me. I don't think my parents would spend for Nasi Lemak and Kopi Cham at PappaRich when they can get 1/3 of the price somewhere else. To them, healthcare and healthy living is much more important.

Looks like this is a mid-sized mall in the Tropicana City mould... Too bad there's no MRT stopping by this area, although I won't be surprised that the mall management will provide a feeder bus service upon opening!
