The two buildings at the center look nice, like a lower and single-towered version of the TM Tower in Pantai!

Aiyo, why they changed the design of that Stella Mall to something plain? Looks like something from the Gold Coast though, but out of place among those conical towers!

Well, guess we can only hope that the Business Park, Boutique Hotel, and Corporate Tower designs remain the same... They did not change the architecture of the three, when you compare the previous and current render...

But knowing these developers, they will promise some futuristic building to be built and in the end, what comes out is just some plain, old square block!
