Planning at UWE Bristol

So I just got conditional offers for Town & Country Planning and Architecture and Planning at UEW Bristol, but for both the only condition was a 3 out 6 average, which I guess is the same as a D average in England, and that alarmed me a little..

Do anyone in here have any experience with planning at UWE Bristol? Is it decent? I am waiting for an answer from Manchester aswell, and hopefully I'll get in there as it seems to be a very good one. Can anyone recommend any other universities of similar quality as Manchester?

Well Cardiff was my first choice, and UWE was second. My understanding has always been that Cardiff and Newcastle have the best Planning schools, and Bristol UWE wasnt too far behind.

Part of the reason I didn't choose UWE is because it was on a campus on the edge of the city. Not as exciting.

All the best anyway.
