Yup, ada, biasanya nanti saat ppjb bisa dilihat klausanya. Cuma pengalaman yg sudah2, kompensasi itu cuma sekedar formalitas. Memang akan ada denda per mil mengikuti berapa bulan keterlambatan, tapi dibatasi maksimal (misal 3%) dihitung dari persentase keterlambatan.

Ilustrasinya, kalau unit seharga 1M. Terlambat 1 tahun (lebih dari maksimal per mil) dan progress pembangunan misal diklaim sepihak oleh developer sudah mencapai 90%. Maka hitungan "kompensasi" adalah 1M x 10% (sisa keterlambatan) x 3% (denda maksimal) artinya mentok2 yg dibayarkan developer hanya sebesar 3jt.

Bandingkan dgn skenario developer bisa kerjakan sesuai jadwal. Unit 1M di sebelah (CP) mungkin bisa disewakan 5jt/bln nya.

mmm ok, thanks infonya bro... diindo ada ga sih badan pengawasan untuk menjamin keadilan tiap2 usaha, kl di aussie kt ada yg namanya fair trading, jd kl tiap ada ketidak adilan apapun oleh sebuah korporasi/bisniis bisa dilaporin dan betul2 diambil tindakan serius, jadi pihak konsumen terlindungi...
