I think the Riverside is the one that makes sense to do first given they can make more money from it immediately by offering more seats without having to reduce capacity during construction, expanded conferencing facilities overlooking the Thames and increased number of executive boxes. From the conferencing side I would think it's a potential goldmine for them given the location in London.

I wouldn't be so sure of the others until they can get themselves back into the top tier of English football for a sustained period.

Just noticed the club has submitted various plans/documents in regards to the Riverside Stand. These plans/documents relate to the planning conditions that need to be approved before any work can start. This is good news, 'cause the sooner they're approved, the sooner the redevelopment can start.

Looking back, the original planning application for the Riverside Stand redevelopment expires next year. The club could extend the timeline, but that would require another planning application to be submitted. To me, this is another reason why we're likely to see this under construction next year, rather than the club facing any potential issues in trying to extend the timeline.
