Damac launches Al Jawharah in Jeddah




Damac Properties has announced the launch of its first project – Al Jawharah -- in Jeddah. Located on the Jeddah Corniche and alongside the Red Sea, Al Jawharah will be 40-storey residential tower.

Damac also recently opened a state-of-the-art sales lounge for its customers in Riyadh. The company currently has three sales offices in the country located in Jeddah and Dammam-Khobar, in addition to Riyadh.

This spectacular 40-storey tower has beautiful landscaped surroundings, grand reception area with double height lobby, guest lounge designed by one of the top-most interior designers, luxurious five-bedroom penthouses and 4, 3, 2 and 1 bedroom apartments and multi-level car park.

All rooms feature aluminium double glazed windows, premium quality marble flooring, skirting for living and dining, timber or high quality ceramic flooring and skirting for all bedrooms, emulsion paint on plastered walls, ceramic tile flooring for balconies, yard, utility and maid’s room, quality wood finish, dressing rooms for master bedroom and all apartments and penthouses feature balconies. DAMAC Properties, the largest private sector master developer and luxury lifestyle provider has opened a state-of-the-art sales lounge for its valued customers in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Damac into Saudi Arabia

Damac Properties has launched the 40 storey Al Jawharah tower in Jeddah, its first project in Saudi Arabia. Located on the Jeddah Corniche, Al Jawharah will be a residential tower not far from the Hilton Jeddah. The property will offer one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, with five bedroom penthouses also available. Leisure facilities will include a health club as well as male and female swimming pools.

i phoned theme it's lcoited between rosewood (Cornich hotel tower) and Cornish Dreams! what a great area on jeddah skyline!

by the way one bedroom cost ~1million SR, 2 bedroom 1.5 million SR anyway they will call me today inshallah.
