 Gotta understand, Making news about something worth 15 billion is nice ar even if you own only half of it. I love to be involved in such headlines  Never been to AEON Seri Kembangan. But I like the design, a lil bit better than that boxy Tebrau City or plastic-looking AEON Bukit Indah

Both Kulaijaya and Pasir Gudang have been identified as the next location for PR1MA , after Nusajaya. The Nusajaya PR1MA consists of low rises... So I expect they will do the same to Kulai and PG too. Oh well, I am hoping for apartment-type of PR1MA in Kulai/PG. Both towns are lacking high rise building
