Kota besar seperti Ibukota Jawa Timur : Surabaya pastinya ada pasar bawah dan pasar atas. Maaf sebagai gambaran ...............

Di Surabaya ada Mall BG Junction yang begitu megah tenan cahaya yang mendominasi dan asik banget mall nya. pasar atum, JMP

In most perspective qualified tenants misalnya:

Supermarket: kem chicks or ranch market or foodhall, no giants, hypermart apalagi carrefour. Hero terbaru boleh lah.
Department store: minimal metro, syukur bisa sogo, debenhams or Seibu.
F n b: sushi tei, starbucks, fish n co, BK, etc, no More solaria, KFC, apalagi bakso lapangan tembak senayan.
Ga perlu LV, Channel, Aigner because it is almost impossible, but the most fashioned tenant si Zara, mango, dan medium tenant lainnya. Jangan giordano, bellagio, apalagi hammer.

Mudah2an ya tenant2 diatas bakal bisa digandeng sm bigmall, sumpeh, kalau sampai terealisasi, org2 BPN ga perlu jauh2 lagi go shopping...

Hypermart, Matahari berarti menjadi tenant2 utama nya ya bro Rivadh? dan gedung yg tinggi itu apakah apartemen/hotel/office tower nya?

Progress di Lapangan per tanggal 20 Agustus 2011

Sampai hari ini sudah 700 titik yang dikerjakan, masih terrsisa sekitar 800 titik lagi, target awal di lapangan sekitar 6 bulan untuk pemancangannya , ternyata di lapangan lebih cepat. so, diperkirakan 2 bulan lagi akan selesai semua pemancangannya.

sebenarnya Matahari bukan satu2nya yang mengisi BIG Mall, ada satu DS Kelas atas lagi yang masih belum bisa dibocorkan (belum dapat izin untuk di publish)
yang pasti ada mix tenant di mall ini nantinya yang membidik semua kalangan.

Gedung menjulang di depan itu office tower, gedung yang menjulang tinggi di belakang disebelah sungai itu Apartemen, disamping kanannya ada hotel.
Diperkirakan jumlah lantai diatas 30 lantai. dan menurut owner gedung ini nantinya akan menjadi gedung tertinggi seantero Kalimantan.
