Once the LRT1 extension is completed, its Asia World station would be connected to SWITEx. | @jovicyeeINQ

Southwest Intermodal Transport Exchange - SWITEX [mix]
Quote:
WATCH: Progress Briefing and Inspection of the Southwest Integrated Terminal Exchange (SWITEx).
Envisioned to be a modern transportation hub, SWITEx will provide seamless interconnectivity of the different modes of transportation from the neighboring provinces south of Metro Manila. This ensures a safe, convenient, and hassle-free travel experience for the commuting public.
SWITEx will also be one among the five big-ticket infrastructure projects that the Department of Transportation (DOTr) will inaugurate next year. It's construction is expected to be completed by April 2018.
As of October 2017, the terminal is already 33.9-percent complete. SWITEx is a public-private partnership (PPP) project between the DOTr and Megawide & Waltermart (MWM).

^ i hope they provide an elevated road coming from the south to this facility so that the buses coming from the south will not add up to the traffic situation along that Cavitex-Roxas Blvd stretch.

- will this be enough to hold all the buses plying this route?
- a devoted gasoline station should be built here as well
- any provisions for a car-park or like the park-n-fly concept? and for city buses as well?
- provisions for overnight accommodations?
- would be a good location for a future monorail/LRT for the whole Pagcor/Moa/CCP area.

They could lease out a few floors of one of the office buildings to Go Hotels or one of the other no-frills, budget hotel operators.

There is a temporary ITS at hk sun plaza but NOT all provincial buses are required to unload there. When the real ITS for Southwest will ALL provincial buses from Cavite have to unload here?
