that height's the elevation, though lower manhattan is just about sea level so the height of the building is probably over 900'

True but sometimes elevation refers to above street level... in either case almost all of lower manhattan is just about at sea level or maybe a few feet above it.

It's hard to read the diagram at street level for this one but it looks like it should still be in the 970' range.

Nice to know we'll get another sizeable building.

Well the elevation at the curb level was around 12.5 feet, which I then took away from the elevation height of 972.38 feet... which is where I got 960ft/293m... So take it as you will

It might look a little weird if it were taller than 4WTC but 960 feet will look really good, especially for a skinny building.

Well it won't look taller than 4WTC because it will be standing right next to it and be obviously (but barely) shorter

well from some angles north of 22 thames street from street level it will look taller haha
