Scottish people are no more or less special or deserving of extra rights than anybody else in the UK just by virtue of living in Scotland rather than Cumbria or Cornwall and Scotland not getting the government it votes for in Westminster is no more undemocratic than the West Midlands not getting the government it votes for at Westminster. In fact it's less of an issue for Scotland as it has a privileged position within the UK anyway where it can decide much of its own policies and has guaranteed higher levels of funding than other parts of the country.
Do you actually understand what concepts such as devolution or federalism mean?

What it generally doesn't mean in examples around the world is that constituent parts get a veto over international treaties such as EU membership. Would Bavaria or Texas be able to block Germany or the US from making a decision such as that?
