To veer away from Picar's own delays they file criminal raps against Century Development Corp. for adding 5 more floors. The complainant is an AVP from Buddha Bar who said the addition of more floors without amending the permit endangers the safety of the people working and patrons of the area. Both Picar and Century are hypocrites, obviously Gramercy was at fault, however Picar should look themselves in the mirror and focus on delivery of their own projects!
