The base looks different, and I think the tower's apparent lean was the other way. But that's basically the gist.

^I'm guessing the penthouse is a loft which technically is just 1 story but has the height of 2.

Also, notice the height is 628 feet in that article, not 649.

I definitely think this is going to be done by sometime in 2020 which would be ready for when super Bowl comes in February 2021.

Based on what? Historical patterns of development would say otherwise. I'm not saying it won't. I have no clue. Lawsuits certainly don't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling though.

If I'm not mistaken, wasn't there a similar lawsuit (breach of contract) that was imposed on the ill-fated Trump Tower that stalled the project long enough for the Great Recession in 2008 to ultimately seal its fate?

Interesting that Intown Group is run by Greg Minder, who is the immediate past chair of the Tampa Downtown Partnership. Intown is the company behind 500 Harbour Island and AER.
