Those are great shot tampaguy 75 especially the lit cruise ship at night and the city scape. I feel like the skyline is starting to fill in for Tampa. I just hope we get at least 1 taller building that is at least 15 stories taller than the rest

I think channelside should be more Art Deco just like Ybor should be brick and wish Dowtnown was more modern

Well that will happen with Channel Club. I wouldn't be surprised to see a proposal happen for the lit and warehouses south of Slade before the end of the year. Hopefully something tall as well.

The current % of the buildings' units leased is in the teens, so yeah maybe they overshot a bit on the luxury at least until Publix opens...

It's a month into full leasing. They literally just finished construction. Anything higher than the teens and they will have a serious issue on their hands with renewals & new tenants.

One thing, all the units on the ground floor along 11th and 12th are walk-ups, so that's nice.

The first retail tenant is a clothing boutique that currently has a location in Hyde Park Village: Don Me Now-Styling & Clothing Lounge.
