View down Florida from Zach. Really fills in the skyline.

On the webcam, you can see 1 section of the accents that will go over the garage. At least one developer is trying to dress up the building instead of leaving a barren concrete slab.

Are there any plans to freshen up Franklin St itself ? Last time I drove it it was looking kind of dank.

Would be great to see the remainder of Franklin St converted to a pedestrian-only corridor all the way north to Fortune St. Hardly any traffic travel as-is.

It used to be pedestrian only until a few years ago and it didn't help. There's not enough there to warrant being pedestrian only as most of it already has much wider sidewalks. I could picture it becoming even more of a cafe hub with outdoor seating.

Can't wait 'till we see what comes in for retail on this project. Hoping for a mix of national and local concepts.

Ugh. Those screen panel things on the parking deck. Why bother.

Yeah... it would probably look better without them. Just put a color other than white on the deck.
