Btw, looks like the unit count needs corrected to 300 units, not 270?

Yeah looking at past articles too that say 300. Could've sworn it was 270 when originally revealed. Not complaining

Dynamite really or are you exaggerating? Anyway the more I look at your photos from there, the more I realize that's going to be an awesome view. Maybe some would say a million dollar view.

^Who's view? From this project? Not so much. It's short enough to be pretty well hemmed in, except I suppose for the top floor, which should be able to peek over parts of The Slade.

"...dynamite" is a Family Guy reference. They used a smaller crane to take this all down.

The pic is from the 9th floor pool deck. The top of this project should be just below the top floor of the Slade and just below the GCAK pool(s).

From where Buck keeps taking the shots from. I don't know if it's from an apartment unit balcony or another part of GC.

No problem! My unit is above the pool deck, so the view when all this and Vinik's $1B masterpiece (crossing fingers it turns out way) is finished should be spectacular. And I already love my view.

I really like the way the Marriott looks from your view and with the lighting. Looks art deco

There are limited views from many places now in the area but the new view will be Channelside itself. Nothing like enjoying your own streets and buildings full of life.

Almost all down...kind of underestimated how much grounds this property will take up.

Me, too... With the buildings gone, it's quite a big chunk of land... Still disappointed that more density isn't being built there. I think this land is the best plot of land in "North Channelside".

Hmmm. The property looks smaller to me since demoing the buildings.

Yeah it sure does!

The last piece of structure was knocked down last night. Now just the base and a few trees remain.

^Thanks for the street level view! I'll get a top level view uploaded tonight or this weekend. I didn't realize how elevated the Amazon building was -- they've spent the past two weeks just trying to dig up the base and level the ground.
