Okay, noob question, but how do I find projects on the City portal? I'm sure I could figure it out if I spent a few minutes, but willing to be spoon fed once.

What sucks is this looks like a great project for harbour island and I think would be successful and its aethestically nice looking so to have this project move a long at such a slow rate is agonizing especially as it will essentially make harbour island build out

I will be happy if it starts before the other is completed, at least the downtown will have cranes up for the next 5 years and that alone shows the Tampa is growing to anyone driving through.

Can someone check the city for updates? I don't have access to the portal anymore. At first, I thought it was moving forward but now I'm doubtful. Related doesn't want to comment about the status.

I believe it is 400 Knights Run. I was able to type in "Manor harbor Island" and then click on another link and it would give you the actual address.

Thanks to all that have been checking building & property progress on the city portal. You know who you are. It's great to find out things way ahead of the media.

You guys are killing me. I went and searched, thinking the project had been yanked... It's all still there. You're only searching the past 12 months.

It's record IRW-14-0000005 filed 3/28/14.

HARBOUR ISLAND | Manor at Harbour Island | 21 stories | 238 feet | 340 units ...

I set the date back to the start of 2014. I probably just didn't look through that entry since it's an IRW.

^ Once a project has been approved, look under permits rather than planning applications. In this case, there were still plans being exchanged last week, so it's still active.

^Yeah I would have looked under building permit side if the planning side was blank.

This may be a sign of progress, yesterday I noticed a crew removing all the topiary's and other redeemable plants loading them onto a trailer. This is likely the first step leading this small building being razed.

I hope you're right & it sure looks like it. Can't wait to see the building razed.

Drove by today and the building looks empty and ready to tear down. Weeds growing on the gutters. If I knew the company that's doing the demo, then I would call and ask when it's scheduled. The other apartment coming along nicely (sorry no pics). You can see the angle of the front side (east side) that's not perpendicular to the street. On second floor on front side. Wish there was a live cam.

Last time I drove by there were cars parked there and some kind of business being ran out of the old building. Other times during the week it is completely empty. Someone else will need to answer your question about the tower though.

Valley Crest tree care had two trucks parked on the north side of property but I found out they were working at the Plaza. At the back of the old brown building there were several cars parked and I asked a guy about the tower but he said he didn't know. Scott Phillip Weber still has his name on the building but they're not there anymore. Then I called Lindell investments and spoke to someone who said the building is going to be torn down but the Plaza people are still fighting it. She said it doesn't look like they are going to win (Yay). She said they are removing things from the building and giving to charity.
