Holy balls lol. Thank you!

Man that is such great news. Some good sites available in DTSP right now. Wish I had millions of dollars and experience lol.

Doesn't surprise me. The Vue in Sarasota did well so they are on the verge of starting of the Grande and the Mark also there. Great news though.

I saw this the other day when I was in DT St Pete for a leadership council thing... Looks like both towers are finally at the point where they will add floors pretty quickly.

It is crazy how much time goes into foundation work, but it is literally the foundation of the building lol. It is the most important part. Every floor after that is the same.

^On this project, it's easier to go vertical because the garage and pool is standalone. Not sure how they're doing HVAC.

Beautiful blue sky weekend. Went over to DTSP once again. Amazed how many restaurants there is in DT currently. It just keeps getting better. Here's the back side of ONE.

The hotel is no longer a Hyatt it will take on another name. Hopefully a Best western, Confort inn, Howard Johnson or Days inn lol j/k but I hope it's something better.

I wouldn't be surprised if it went higher end than a Hyatt.

It's going to be a nice building. The problem is going to be the view. To the east, the view is blocked by One. To the west, the view is of those dumpy apartments and everyone's favorite block. So I would be surprised to see a something like a Fairmont, Westin, or Ritz move into this spot.

I've never heard of a hotel losing its branding while being built. I'm not in real estate, but I imagine that's not a good sign, and it will probably be a tough sell to other brands. I'd expect it to go down market a bit, maybe a Hilton or Marriott.

All of the retial units of ONE have been sold.

And 65%, 167 out of 253, of the residential units are sold.

Insane considering the condos won't be complete until Q4 2018.

Really pisses me off when these buildings put offices into ground-level retail. Now the entire side of ONE facing the James Museum will just be offices. Terrible decision.

At least all of those offices will be full of people interacting with the nearby restaurants...

I get that the 'night scene' will be impacted but downtown St Pete is severely lacking in office and this is a good step towards showing that isn't true.

Hopefully it means DTSP gets another office tower sooner rather then later.

The James Museum will be open late? How late? Who told you that?
